{"id":1559,"date":"2024-06-06T15:13:13","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T15:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.hcc.creo.co.uk\/meat-minds-cultivating-connections-across-the-supply-chain\/"},"modified":"2025-08-26T10:48:55","modified_gmt":"2025-08-26T10:48:55","slug":"meat-minds-cultivating-connections-across-the-supply-chain","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/meatpromotion.wales\/cy\/adnoddau\/scholarship-and-careers-resources\/meat-minds-cultivating-connections-across-the-supply-chain\/","title":{"rendered":"Cig-weithio: i feithrin cysylltiadau o fewn y gadwyn gyflenwi cig coch"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Mae Cig-weithio yn gynllun 12 mis sydd wedi\u2019i lunio i ddatblygu a chefnogi unigolion o fewn y gadwyn gyflenwi cig coch yng Nghymru.<\/h3>\n<p>Mae\u2019n rhaid i\u2019r aelodau fod rhwng 21-35 mlwydd oed, yn gweithio o fewn y gadwyn gyflenwi cig coch yng Nghymru, yn angerddol am gynhyrchu a hyrwyddo, ac \u00e2 diddordeb mewn ymchwil a datblygu.<\/p>\n<p>Y nod yw sbarduno sgyrsiau, cynyddu dealltwriaeth a meithrin cysylltiadau o fewn y gadwyn gyflenwi, yng Nghymru a thu hwnt.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus yn elwa drwy fod yn rhan o dair elfen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modiwlau: sy&#8217;n mynd i\u2019r afael ag amrywiaeth eang o destunau, o effeithlonrwydd y gadwyn gyflenwi ac ymwybyddiaeth defnyddwyr, i ddatblygu gwybodaeth yr aelodau mewn agweddau arbenigol o\u2019r gadwyn gyflenwi.<\/li>\n<li>Mentoriaid: mae\u2019r aelodau\u2019n cael mentor i\u2019w cefnogi a\u2019u cynghori ac yn cael profiad ymarferol yn y gweithle.<\/li>\n<li>Prosiectau: wedi\u2019u cyd-gynllunio gan y gr\u0175p i greu gwybodaeth newydd ar gyfer y diwydiant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fe gyflwynir y rhaglen ar draws 6 niwrnod dros gyfnod o 12 mis.
