{"id":1047,"date":"2024-02-28T15:03:43","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T15:03:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.hcc.creo.co.uk\/?p=1047"},"modified":"2024-05-20T15:06:00","modified_gmt":"2024-05-20T15:06:00","slug":"gweithgor-newydd-gan-hcc-i-fynd-ir-afael-a-chynaliadwyedd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meatpromotion.wales\/cy\/newsroom\/gweithgor-newydd-gan-hcc-i-fynd-ir-afael-a-chynaliadwyedd\/","title":{"rendered":"Gweithgor newydd gan HCC i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 chynaliadwyedd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bu gr\u0175p o arbenigwyr o\u2019r diwydiant yn cyfarfod am y tro cyntaf yn Aberystwyth yr wythnos hon ar \u00f4l cael eu penodi\u2019n aelodau o weithgor newydd, sef y Gweithgor Arloesi ac Ymchwil Cynaliadwy.<\/p>\n<p>Cafodd deuddeg unigolyn eu dewis, gyda\u2019r nod o gefnogi ac arwain Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) ym meysydd arloesi, ymchwil a datblygu mewn perthynas \u00e2 chynaliadwyedd sector cig coch Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Dan gadeiryddiaeth Aelod o Fwrdd HCC, y ffermwr cig eidion a defaid, Emlyn Roberts, mae arbenigedd y gr\u0175p yn amrywio o dir glas, iechyd pridd a bioamrywiaeth i systemau da byw, iechyd anifeiliaid a geneteg, ynghyd \u00e2 phrofiad o gadwyni cyflenwi cynaliadwy.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd dyletswyddau\u2019r gr\u0175p yn cynnwys cynnal ymagwedd gyfannol at gynaliadwyedd ar gyfer holl agweddau cynhyrchu cig coch yng Nghymru; rhannu gwybodaeth am ddatblygiadau, gweithgareddau ac ymchwil newydd; rhagweld cyfleoedd ar gyfer cynaliadwyedd; a chynghori ynghylch y posibilrwydd o gydweithio strategol addas.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Pennaeth Cynaliadwyedd a Pholisi\u2019r Dyfodol yn HCC, Rachael Madeley-Davies a oedd yn bresennol yn y cyfarfod cyntaf ar 27 Chwefror: \u00a0\u201cMae HCC wedi ymrwymo i leihau effaith cynhyrchu a phrosesu cig coch Cymru ar yr hinsawdd, yr amgylchedd a gwastraff. Blaenoriaeth arall yw cyfrannu at wneud y diwydiant yma yng Nghymru yn fwy proffidiol a chynaliadwy. Gyda hynny mewn golwg, sefydlwyd y gr\u0175p newydd hwn i gefnogi\u2019r gwaith o gyflawni ein dogfen strategol \u2018Gweledigaeth 2025\u2019 sy\u2019n amlinellu\u2019r blaenoriaethau, y cyfleoedd a\u2019r heriau allweddol ar gyfer y sector cig coch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCawsom ddechrau gwych gyda chyfarfod cadarnhaol iawn. Cafwyd trafodaeth frwd am gynaliadwyedd y sector, gan rannu syniadau adeiladol i\u2019w wella er mwyn diogelu ei ddyfodol.
