{"id":1474,"date":"2024-04-26T15:26:46","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T15:26:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.hcc.creo.co.uk\/?p=1474"},"modified":"2024-05-23T15:29:46","modified_gmt":"2024-05-23T15:29:46","slug":"adroddiad-ar-sut-i-wneud-gwartheg-cig-eidion-yn-well-o-ran-elw-ar-amgylchedd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meatpromotion.wales\/cy\/newsroom\/adroddiad-ar-sut-i-wneud-gwartheg-cig-eidion-yn-well-o-ran-elw-ar-amgylchedd\/","title":{"rendered":"Adroddiad ar sut i wneud gwartheg cig eidion yn well o ran elw a\u2019r amgylchedd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae adroddiad ar y cyd rhwng y cyrff ardoll, Hybu Cig Cymru, QMS ac AHDB, yn tynnu sylw at gamau ymarferol y gall ffermwyr eu cymryd i wella eu heffaith ar yr amgylchedd a bod yn fwy proffidiol.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Dr Heather McCalman, Swyddog Gweithredol HCC\u00a0 ar gyfer Ymchwil a Datblygu a Chynaliadwyedd: \u201cCafodd yr adroddiad hwn ei gomisiynu mewn ymateb i\u2019r heriau sy\u2019n wynebu\u2019r sector gwartheg sugno cig eidion yn y DG, ac mae\u2019n cynnig ffyrdd ymarferol i ffermwyr fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r heriau hynny.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u2019r astudiaeth yn ystyried sut y gallai 16 o arferion, ar draws pedwar categori \u2013 geneteg a bridio, lloia a ffrwythlondeb, porthiant a rheolaeth, yn unigol ac ar y cyd \u2013\u00a0 gyfrannu at\u00a0 fwy o gynnyrch a phroffidioldeb, a llai o effaith ar yr amgylchedd.<\/p>\n<p>Er i\u2019r canlyniadau gael eu hasesu ar wah\u00e2n, maent yn perthyn i\u2019w gilydd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBydd\u00a0 gwneud y fferm yn fwy effeithlon yn golygu llai o gostau a mwy o elw. Mae llawer o\u2019r hyn sy\u2019n gwella cynhyrchiant \u2013 megis cael buchod iau yn gyflo am y tro cyntaf \u2013 yn arwain at lai o fuchod amnewid, sy\u2019n cael effaith buddiol ar yr amgylchedd. Mae llai o fuchod amnewid yn golygu llai o fethan enterig, llai o wrtaith (sy&#8217;n lleihau ocsid nitraidd, amonia a thrwytholchi nitrad) a llai o borthiant, gan arwain at lai o allyriadau cysylltiol,\u201d meddai Dr McCalman.<\/p>\n<p>Mae targedau statudol, gan gynnwys y gofyniad i\u2019r DG gyrraedd allyriadau nwyon t\u0177 gwydr Sero Net erbyn 2050, a gofynion cynyddol y gadwyn gyflenwi am gig eidion a gynhyrchir ag allyriadau nwyon t\u0177 gwydr isel, yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ffermwyr wneud gwelliannau i\u2019w systemau cynhyrchu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBydd mabwysiadu dulliau ffermio sy\u2019n gwella effeithlonrwydd yn helpu i gyrraedd y nod o ran yr\u00a0 amgylchedd ac i wella proffidioldeb.\u00a0\u00a0 Mae&#8217;r gwaith hwn yn rhoi darlun clir i ffermwyr a\u2019r bobl sydd yn eu cynghori\u00a0 o sut y gall arferion rheoli helpu i wneud penderfyniadau effeithiol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYn sgil yr ymchwil hwn, gall ffermwyr adolygu a gwella eu harferion ffermio a manteisio ar gyngor ymarferol a fydd yn hybu cynhyrchiant a phroffidioldeb ac yn gwella\u2019r effaith ar yr amgylchedd.
