Mae athrawon ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd yn cael eu hannog i gofrestru ar gyfer cylchlythyr newydd sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar gig coch, sgiliau coginio a maeth \u2013 ac mae ganddynt gyfle i ennill gweithdy cig coch pwrpasol a gyflwynir yn yr ysgol gan Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC).<\/p>\n

Mae\u00a0Gwersi o\u2019r Gegin \u2013 The Kitchen Classroom<\/em>\u00a0yn gylchlythyr chwarterol newydd am ddim a sefydlwyd gan HCC, sef y corff ardoll cig coch, a bydd yn cynnwys adnoddau addysgu rhad ac am ddim, syniadau am wersi, gwybodaeth ac erthyglau gan bobl flaenllaw ym maes cig coch, iechyd a maeth.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Elwen Roberts, Swyddog Gweithredol HCC ar gyfer y Defnyddwyr: \u201cMae darparu addysgwyr ac athrawon ag adnoddau a gwybodaeth am gig coch sydd yn seiliedig ar dystiolaeth yn flaenoriaeth i ni yn HCC. Felly, bydd cylchlythyr\u00a0Gwersi o\u2019r Gegin\u00a0<\/em>yn gyfle gwych i gysylltu \u00e2 mwy o athrawon ac i roi\u2019r \u00a0wybodaeth ddiweddaraf i addysgwyr am them\u00e2u bwyd a ffermio a chynnig syniadau am wersi.<\/p>\n

\u201cBydd athrawon sy\u2019n cofrestru ar gyfer y cylchlythyr rhwng nawr a dydd Gwener 13 Medi hefyd yn cael eu cynnwys mewn raffl i ennill gweithdy cig coch pwrpasol a gyflwynir yn yr ysgol gan HCC yn y flwyddyn academaidd nesaf.\u00a0 Bydd y gweithdy hwn yn cwmpasu sgiliau coginio, bwyta\u2019n iach a tharddiad bwyd.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bydd y cylchlythyr yn cynnwys dolenni i adnoddau addysg HCC sy\u2019n addas ar gyfer plant \u00a03-16 oed ac a fydd yn ymdrin \u00e2 phynciau fel bwyta\u2019n iach, ffermio yng Nghymru, teilwra ryseitiau a maeth. Mae\u2019r holl adnoddau ar gael yn Gymraeg a Saesneg a chawsant eu cynllunio ar y cyd ag athrawon, yn unol \u00e2\u2019r cwricwlwm newydd. Yn ogystal, bydd ryseitiau tymhorol, fideos a gwybodaeth am newyddion a digwyddiadau addysg HCC sydd ar ddod yn cael eu cynnwys.<\/p>\n

Eglurodd Uwch Swyddog Marchnata Digidol HCC, Liz Hunter: \u201cMae ein gwaith iechyd ac addysg diweddar wedi dangos bod galw am ffynonellau gwybodaeth digidol ac ar-lein i athrawon. Bydd ein cylchlythyr newydd,\u00a0Gwersi o\u2019r Gegin, y<\/em>n sicrhau bod athrawon yn gallu derbyn ein hadnoddau diweddaraf a gwybodaeth sy\u2019n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth am gig coch yn syth i\u2019w mewnflychau.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bydd HCC hefyd yn bresennol yn y Sioe Addysg Genedlaethol yn Llandudno ddydd Gwener 14 Mehefin lle bydd yn rhannu adnoddau dosbarth ac yn cynnig cofrestriadau i’r cylchlythyr.<\/p>\n

Meddai Elwen: \u201cRwy\u2019n awgrymu\u2019n garedig y dylai athrawon ac addysgwyr gofrestru ar gyfer cylchlythyr\u00a0Gersi o\u2019r Gegin<\/em>\u00a0fel bod ganddyn nhw gyfle i ennill y wobr arbennig iawn hon i\u2019w hysgol.\u201d<\/p>\n
