Bydd stondin HCC yn ganolfan brysur ar gyfer y trafodaethau hynny, a bydd ei raglen o dderbyniadau, lansiadau, sgyrsiau a chyfarfodydd yn rhoi sylw i bynciau llosg y diwydiant.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd y stondin ar ei newydd wedd yn amlygu rhai o\u2019r meysydd allweddol y mae HCC wedi ymrwymo i\u2019w cyflawni ar ran y talwyr ardoll, gan gynnwys gweithio tuag at gynaliadwyedd, statws premiwm a llwyddiant masnachol i sector cig coch Cymru, sganio\u2019r gorwel ac ymchwil a datblygu. Er mwyn ehangu presenoldeb ar draws maes y sioe, bydd mewnwelediad o\u2019r diwydiant yn cael ei rannu mewn seminarau a byddwn yn gweithio gyda&#8217;r proseswyr a&#8217;r m\u00e2n-werthwyr i feirniadu cystadlaethau a chyflwyno arddangosiadau coginio.<\/p>\n<p>Fel arfer, bydd Brecwast HCC yn ddechrau da i\u2019r gweithgareddau a bydd yn cynnwys Cadeirydd HCC, Catherine Smith ac Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Newid Hinsawdd a Materion Gwledig, Huw Irranca-Davies AS. Mae derbyniad Ysgoloriaeth HCC hefyd yn parhau, pan fydd enillydd Ysgoloriaeth 2024 yn cael ei gyhoeddi.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd aelodau menter newydd gyffrous HCC, Cig-weithio, yn cael eu cyhoeddi yn dilyn proses recriwtio lwyddiannus fis diwethaf. Nod y rhaglen newydd hon yw gweithio gyda phobl ifanc sy&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2&#8217;r sector cig coch i ysgogi trafodaeth, cynyddu dealltwriaeth a meithrin cysylltiadau rhwng gwahanol gysylltiadau yn y gadwyn gyflenwi. Roedd yr ymateb i\u2019w lansiad n\u00f4l ym mis Mai yn wych a bydd yr aelodau gr\u0175p a ddewiswyd yn ymgynnull am y tro cyntaf yn y Sioe.<\/p>\n<p>Amlygir dau brosiect i\u2019r diwydiant y mae HCC yn eu cyflawni. Anogir ffermwyr gwartheg cig eidion i alw heibio bob dydd am wybodaeth am y prosiect \u2018Datgarboneiddio Cig Eidion Cymru\u2019, sydd \u00e2\u2019r nod o werthuso effaith amrywio oedran magu gwartheg cig eidion ar elw economaidd ac allyriadau nwyon t\u0177 gwydr. Mae chwilio am ffermwyr Cymraeg eu hiaith o Geredigion, Sir Gaerfyrddin, Gwynedd a M\u00f4n ar gyfer yr astudiaeth benodol hon, ac mae\u2019r buddion i\u2019r rhai sy\u2019n cymryd rhan yn cynnwys archwiliadau carbon rhad ac am ddim a dadansoddiad ariannol rhad ac am ddim a allai arwain at fwy o elw i fusnesau ffermio.<\/p>\n<p>Hefyd, bydd HCC yn lansio prosiect newydd ArloesiAber a fydd yn edrych ar ansawdd cig Cig Oen Cymru PGI ffres ac wedi&#8217;i rewi. Mae\u2019r prosiect yn adeiladu ar waith a gwblhawyd yn flaenorol gan HCC yn y Prosiect Ansawdd Cig Oen Cymru fel rhan o\u2019r Rhaglen Datblygu Cig Coch, a bydd yn llywio datblygiadau cadwyn gyflenwi a gweithgareddau masnach yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n<p>Edrychwn ymlaen at gydweithio\u2019n agos \u00e2 sefydliadau eraill, gan gynnwys y Rhwydwaith Ffermio sy\u2019n Gyfeillgar i Natur (NFFN). Cynhelir digwyddiad ar y cyd ar stondin HCC ynghylch ffermio gwrthdywydd, gyda\u2019r arbenigwr iechyd pridd, Niels Corfield, a dau ffermwr o Gymru, Rhodri Lloyd-Williams ac Aled Picton Evans, a fydd yn cynnig awgrymiadau ymarferol ar sut i ymdrin yn well \u00e2 digwyddiadau tywydd eithafol tra\u2019n cynyddu elw neu hyd yn oed gynyddu cynnyrch.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd Swyddog Defnyddwyr HCC, Elwen Roberts, yn gweithio gyda CFfI Cymru i feirniadu un o\u2019u cystadlaethau coginio. Bydd hefyd yn cyflwyno arddangosiad coginio byw i S4C ac arddangosiadau coginio dyddiol mewn partneriaeth ag M&amp;S i ddathlu eu strategaeth cyrchu Cig Oen Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd Rachael Madeley Davies, Pennaeth Cynaliadwyedd a Pholisi\u2019r Dyfodol yn HCC yn rhan o drafodaeth banel UAC ar ddiogelwch bwyd, a bydd yn cymryd rhan yn seminar CffI Cymru ar \u2018Sicrhau dyfodol mewn ffermio i\u2019r genhedlaeth nesaf.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Laura Pickup, Pennaeth Marchnata Strategol a Chysylltiadau yn HCC, a fydd yn ymuno \u00e2 phanel o feirniaid fel rhan o gystadleuaeth st\u00eac flynyddol Tesco: \u201cRydym yn teimlo\u2019n gyffrous o fod yn treialu presenoldeb newydd yn y Sioe eleni.
