Nid yw\u2019r uchafbwynt yma yn y calendr ffermio byth yn siomi ac, er bod gennym stondin a phresenoldeb cyffredinol gwahanol y flwyddyn yma, yn sicr nid oeddem yn llai o ran amlygiad ac ymgysylltiad. Roedd penderfyniad strategol i adolygu ein presenoldeb yn y sioe, wrth sicrhau\u2019r gwerth gorau am arian i\u2019n rhanddeiliaid, yn golygu bod ein harddangosiadau coginio yn cael eu cynnal ar stondinau manwerthwyr, a rhoddwyd ffocws o\u2019r newydd ar drosglwyddo gwybodaeth ac ymgysylltu \u00e2 diwydiant ar ein stondin ni. Amlygodd y stondin ar ei newydd wedd feysydd allweddol lle mae HCC wedi ymrwymo i gyflawni ar ran rhanddeiliaid, gan gynnwys gweithio tuag at gynaliadwyedd, statws premiwm a llwyddiant masnach ar gyfer sector cig coch Cymru yn ogystal \u00e2 sganio\u2019r gorwel ac Ymchwil a Datblygu. Er mwyn ehangu ein presenoldeb ymhellach ar draws maes y Sioe, rhannwyd mewnwelediadau diwydiant hefyd mewn seminarau ar stondinau rhanddeiliaid, a buom yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 phroseswyr a m\u00e2n-werthwyr i feirniadu cystadlaethau a chyflwyno arddangosiadau coginio, gan ddod \u00e2 defnyddwyr hyd yn oed yn agosach at y pwynt prynu.<\/p>\n<p>Fel arfer, fe wnaeth Brecwast HCC cychwyn y gweithgareddau ac fe wnaeth cynnwys Cadeirydd HCC, Catherine Smith ac Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Newid Hinsawdd a Materion Gwledig, Huw Irranca-Davies AS.\u00a0Gwestai arbennig i\u2019r digwyddiad oedd Prif Weinidog Cymru, Vaughan Gethin ac fe wnaeth ef, ynghyd a 100 o westeion eraill mwynhau brecwast cynnyrch Cymreig.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ystod derbyniad Ysgoloriaeth HCC fe wnaethom gyflwyno ein hysgolhaig diweddaraf, a dymunwn bob llwyddiant i William Powell wrth iddo ceisio adfer enw da\u2019r fuwch sugno. Cafodd aelodau menter newydd gyffrous HCC, Cig-weithio, eu cyhoeddi yn ystod yr wythnos hefyd. Nod y rhaglen newydd hon yw gweithio gyda phobl ifanc sy&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2&#8217;r sector cig coch i ysgogi trafodaeth, cynyddu dealltwriaeth a meithrin cysylltiadau rhwng gwahanol gysylltiadau yn y gadwyn gyflenwi. Fe wnaeth ymwelwyr i\u2019r stondin drwy gydol y Sioe hefyd ddarganfod mwy am brosiect Arfor ar Datgarboneiddio Cig Eidion Cymru, sydd \u00e2\u2019r nod o werthuso effaith amrywio oedran magu gwartheg cig eidion ar elw economaidd ac allyriadau nwyon t\u0177 gwydr. Mae\u2019r brosiect yn chwilio am ffermwyr Cymraeg eu hiaith o Geredigion, Sir Gaerfyrddin, Gwynedd a M\u00f4n, ac mae\u2019r buddion i\u2019r rhai sy\u2019n cymryd rhan yn cynnwys archwiliadau carbon rhad ac am ddim a dadansoddiad ariannol rhad ac am ddim a allai arwain at fwy o elw i fusnesau ffermio.<\/p>\n<p>Fe wnaeth HCC hefyd lansio prosiect newydd ArloesiAber a fydd yn edrych ar ansawdd cig Cig Oen Cymru PGI ffres ac wedi&#8217;i rewi. Mae\u2019r prosiect yn adeiladu ar waith a gwblhawyd yn flaenorol gan HCC yn y Prosiect Ansawdd Cig Oen Cymru fel rhan o\u2019r Rhaglen Datblygu Cig Coch, a bydd yn llywio datblygiadau cadwyn gyflenwi a gweithgareddau masnach yn y dyfodol. Uchafbwynt arall i ni yn ystod yr wythnos oedd seminar ar y cyd gyda Rhwydwaith Ffermio sy\u2019n Gyfeillgar i Natur (NFFN) a wnaeth trafod ffermio gwrthdywydd, gyda\u2019r arbenigwr iechyd pridd, Niels Corfield, a dau ffermwr o Gymru, Rhodri Lloyd-Williams ac Aled Picton Evans, a wnaeth cynnig awgrymiadau ymarferol ar sut i ymdrin yn well \u00e2 digwyddiadau tywydd eithafol tra\u2019n cynyddu elw neu hyd yn oed gynyddu cynnyrch.<\/p>\n<p>Fe wnaeth ein Swyddog Defnyddwyr, Elwen Roberts, gweithio gyda CFfI Cymru i feirniadu un o\u2019u cystadlaethau coginio. Hefyd, bu Elwen yn cyflwyno arddangosiad coginio byw i S4C ac arddangosiadau coginio dyddiol mewn partneriaeth gyda m\u00e2n-werthwyr i ddathlu eu strategaeth cyrchu Cig Oen Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Ar nodyn terfynol &#8211; efallai ein bod wedi edrych yn wahanol, ond yr un oedd ein nod yn y pen draw. Gwnaethom fwynhau rhannu gwybodaeth gyda\u2019n rhanddeiliaid am ein gweithgareddau marchnata diweddaraf yn y marchnadoedd domestig ac allforio, ac roeddem yn falch iawn o gyfarfod \u00e2 nifer o broseswyr, allforwyr, manwerthwyr a chwsmeriaid allforio i drafod a chynllunio ar gyfer datblygiadau masnach a chymorth marchnata sydd i ddod, nid yn unig yng Nghymru a\u2019r DU, ond hefyd mewn marchnadoedd allforio allweddol gan gynnwys Ewrop a Siapan.
