Caiff y cylchgrawn chwarterol ei werthu yn siopau WH Smith ac mae modd cael hyd iddo hefyd mewn llawer o feddygfeydd ac ystafelloedd aros deintyddion ledled Prydain. Cafodd ei dargedu at rieni plant ifainc ac mae&#8217;n ymdrin ag ystod o bynciau iechyd a chymdeithasol sy&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2 phlant.<\/p>\n<p>Mae gwybodaeth am faetholion Cig Oen Cymru a Chig Eidion Cymru, gan gynnwys eu protein naturiol, fitaminau B, sinc a haearn, hefyd wedi\u2019u cynnwys mewn cylchlythyr cyfatebol sy\u2019n cyrraedd dros 155,000 o danysgrifwyr. Mae postiadau cyfryngau cymdeithasol a chystadleuaeth i ennill hamper Cig Oen Cymru a Chig Eidion Cymru hefyd wedi bod yn rhan o&#8217;r bartneriaeth \u2013 yn ogystal \u00e2 hysbysebion digidol a fydd yn cael 93,000 o ymweliadau dros gyfnod o fis.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ogystal \u00e2 rhoi sylw i syniadau am ryseitiau iach fel Chow Mein Cig Eidion Cymru a Chwpanau Letys Cig Oen Cymru, mae\u2019r erthygl yn adlewyrchu\u2019r ffordd naturiol a moesegol y mae cig coch Cymru yn cael ei gynhyrchu, gan ddefnyddio glaswellt a d\u0175r glaw naturiol i greu protein maethlon sydd \u00e2 blas nodedig.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Swyddog Gweithredol Ymgyrchoedd HCC, Philippa Gill: \u201cRoeddem yn falch dros ben o allu hyrwyddo\u2019r manteision maethol a\u2019r ansawdd rhagorol sydd gan Gig Oen Cymru a Chig Eidion Cymru. Mae\u2019r bartneriaeth hon wedi bod yn rhan bwysig o\u2019n gwaith ymgyrchu ymhlith defnyddwyr, gan sicrhau y gall teuluoedd a rhieni dderbyn gwybodaeth ffeithiol am Gig Oen Cymru a Chig Eidion Cymru o ffynonellau credadwy fel y cylchgrawn <em>Healthy Child<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Daw hyn i gyd yn ystod ymgyrch ehangach Cig Oen Cymru: \u00a0Arbenigwyr yn eu Maes a gafodd ei lansio yn gynharach eleni yn Sioe Frenhinol Cymru ac a fydd yn para tan ddiwedd mis Hydref.
