Yn ogystal, adroddwyd bod arbenigwyr nad ydynt yn ymwneud \u00e2\u2019r ymchwil wedi dweud taw dim ond cysylltiad sy\u2019n cael ei brofi, ac nid achos, ac mae\u2019r canlyniadau\u2019n unol ag argymhellion cyfredol ar gyfer bwyta\u2019n iach.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth ymateb i\u2019r newyddion o\u2019i fferm yn Sir Fynwy, dywedodd Cadeirydd HCC, Catherine Smith: \u201cMae gan gig coch, fel rhan o ddiet cytbwys a iach, os yw\u2019r maint iawn yn cael ei fwyta, lawer o fuddion iechyd i bobl o bob oed. \u00a0Dydy\u2019r awgrymiadau a wneir yma ddim yn bendant a gall bwytawyr deimlo\u2019n hyderus fod y rhan fwyaf o ddigon o wyddonwyr yn bositif ynghylch y cyfraniad maethol, ecolegol, amgylcheddol a moesegol sydd gan gig coch mewn cymdeithas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae cig coch heb lawer o fraster yn llawn fitaminau a mwynau hanfodol, ac o\u2019i gyfuno \u00e2 chynhwysion iach eraill, mae\u2019n cyfrannu at iechyd da fel rhan o ddiet cytbwys. Y ffordd symlaf o fyw yn iach yw bwyta amrywiaeth o wahanol fwydydd, ac mae cig coch yn un math o fwyd a all ein helpu i gael digon o\u2019r haearn, potasiwm, magnesiwm, sinc, Fitaminau B a Fitamin D drwy gydol ein hoes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYn llawn dop o\u2019r fitaminau a mwynau hanfodol hyn, gall diet cytbwys gyda chig coch heb lawer o fraster yn gnewyllyn iddo, ein helpu i gadw\u2019n heini a iach drwy gydol ein hoes. Gall bwyta hyd at 500g o gig coch wedi&#8217;i goginio bob wythnos fod yn ganolog i ddiet iach a chytbwys.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mae cig coch hefyd yn cynnwys ffosfforws, sydd ei angen i dyfu\u2019n normal a datblygu esgyrn mewn plant, ac mae\u2019n llawn protein, sy&#8217;n ddelfrydol pan fydd cig eidion yn cael ei ffrio\u2019n gyflym ar \u00f4l sesiwn yn y gampfa i&#8217;ch helpu i ddadebru, i ddatblygu cyhyrau ac i deimlo&#8217;n llawn egni.<\/p>\n<p>Mae cig coch heb lawer o fraster (cig eidion, cig oen a phorc) yn cynnwys llawer o brotein naturiol, hab fawr o halen, ac mae\u2019n darparu amrywiaeth o fitaminau a mwynau hanfodol sy\u2019n cynnwys Fitaminau B &#8211; B12, Niasin (B3), B6, Fitamin D a mwynau megis Haearn, Sinc a Photasiwm.<\/p>\n<p>Ychwanegodd Mrs Smith: \u201cWrth defnyddio cynhwysion eraill yn lle cig coch, gallai pobl fod mewn perygl o golli rhai maetholion hanfodol y mae eu hangen ar y corff er mwyn cadw\u2019n iach.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r canllawiau cyfredol gan Adran Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol y DG yn argymell ein bod yn bwyta tua 70g o gig coch y dydd neu 500g o gig coch wedi ei goginio bob wythnos (tua 750g o gig amrwd)\/5 cyfran yr wythnos.
