Mae\u2019r gystadleuaeth flynyddol yn \u00f4l ac yn llawn cyffro<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mae cystadleuaeth HCC, \u2018Cyflwynwch Eich Selsig Gorau\u2019, yn \u00f4l ar gyfer ei chweched blwyddyn \u2013 ac eleni mae cyfle i gynhyrchwyr porc gystadlu mewn dau gategori.<\/p>\n

Y tro hwn mae\u2019r gystadleuaeth yn cael ei chynnal yn yr hydref ac mae gan gynhyrchwyr porc ddau gyfle i gael eu coroni am y selsig gorau yng Nghymru \u2013 yng nghystadlaethau Selsigen Borc Draddodiadol Orau\u2019r Flwyddyn a Selsigen Borc Nadolig Orau\u2019r Flwyddyn.<\/p>\n

Arferai rownd derfynol y gystadleuaeth gael ei chynnal yn Sioe Frenhinol Cymru yn Llanelwedd, ond eleni bydd y beirniadu yn digwydd ddiwedd mis Hydref cyn cael dathliad arbennig yn y Ffair Aeaf pan gyhoeddir enwau\u2019r enillwyr.<\/p>\n

Gofynnir i gystadleuwyr yn y naill gategori a\u2019r llall gyflwyno chwe selsigen heb eu coginio a chwe selsigen wedi’u coginio\u00a0 er mwyn sicrhau proses feirniadu gadarn a thrylwyr.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Elwen Roberts, Swyddog Gweithredol HCC ar gyfer y Defnyddwyr, sy\u2019n beirniadu\u2019r gystadleuaeth: \u201cEleni bu\u2019n rhaid i ni greu dau gategori gan fod nifer a safon y selsig yn y blynyddoedd blaenorol wedi bod mor uchel. Dros y chwe blynedd diwethaf, rydym wedi rhyfeddu pa mor greadigol ac uchel eu safon fu\u2019r selsig ac rwy\u2019n si\u0175r na fydd eleni yn wahanol.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ychwanegodd Elwen: \u201cRydym yn arbennig o gyffrous ynghylch ein categori newydd \u2013 y Selsig Porc Nadolig Gorau ac yn edrych ymlaen at weld pa gyfuniadau o flasau Nadoligaidd gaiff eu cynnig gan ein cynhyrchwyr porc arloesol.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yn ogystal ag ennill tlws Cyflwynwch eich Selsig Gorau, bydd yr enillwyr yn y naill gategori a\u2019r llall \u00a0yn destun fideo astudiaeth-achos y gallant ei ddefnyddio mewn ymgyrchoedd marchnata yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r gystadleuaeth yn agored i aelodau Porc Blasus a rhaid defnyddio porc o Gymru. Dylai pawb sydd \u00e2 diddordeb mewn cystadlu lenwi\u2019r ffurflen ar-lein ar wefan Porc Blasus erbyn 21 Hydref a rhaid i geisiadau gyrraedd Swyddfeydd HCC yn Aberystwyth naill ai ar 23 neu 24 Hydref.
