Bu Philippa Gill, Swyddog Gweithredol Ymgyrchoedd HCC, yn trafod yr ymgyrch gyfredol ar gyfer Cig Oen Cymru, a gafodd ei lansio yn Sioe Frenhinol Cymru ym mis Gorffennaf, a bu James Ruggeri, Swyddog Gweithredol Datblygu\u2019r Diwydiant yn HCC, yn esbonio sut i ateb gofynion y farchnad.<\/p>\n<p>Rhoddodd Glesni adroddiad treiddgar am y tueddiadau diweddaraf sy\u2019n dylanwadu ar y farchnad gig oen. Yn ogystal, bu\u2019n archwilio i argaeledd cyfredol cig oen, sut mae lefelau cynhyrchu yn amrywio a beth mae hyn yn ei olygu i\u2019r cyflenwad. Hefyd, bu\u2019n dadansoddi\u2019r marchnadoedd gartref a thramor, gan ystyried yr hyn y gallai\u2019r tueddiadau diweddaraf olygu i ddyfodol cig oen Cymru yn y farchnad fyd-eang.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth siarad ar \u00f4l y gweminar, dywedodd Glesni: \u201cGyda dewisiadau defnyddwyr yn newid, mae deall y newidiadau yn y galw yn y siopau yn bwysicach nag erioed. Roedd deinameg y farchnad fyd-eang hefyd yn elfen bwysig o\u2019r hyn a gafodd sylw gennym, ac rwy\u2019n gobeithio fod hyn wedi rhoi darlun ehangach i dalwyr ardoll ynghylch sefyllfa Cig Oen Cymru yn y farchnad ryngwladol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWrth i ni ddelio \u00e2 thirwedd sy&#8217;n newid yn gyflym, mae deall faint o \u0175yn a chig oen sydd ar gael, ynghyd \u00e2\u2019r hyn sydd ei angen ar y defnyddiwr, yn hanfodol ar gyfer gwneud penderfyniadau gwybodus sy&#8217;n cael effaith ar broffidioldeb eich fferm. Roedd y sesiwn hon yn ymwneud \u00e2 darparu&#8217;r wybodaeth sydd ei hangen i ymaddasu a ffynnu mewn marchnad gystadleuol. I ffermwyr ledled Cymru, mae cael yr wybodaeth ddiweddaraf am y tueddiadau hyn yn hanfodol ar gyfer cynllunio, strategaeth, a gwneud penderfyniadau mwy gwybodus ar gyfer yr hyn sy\u2019n digwydd ar y fferm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trafododd Philippa Gill yr ymgyrch i hyrwyddo Cig Oen Cymru PGI ar sianeli teledu ITV, Sky ac S4C ar hyn o bryd ac amlinellodd agweddau eraill ar yr ymgyrch eleni \u2013 gan gynnwys, hysbysebu allan o\u2019r cartref, hysbysebion print yng nghylchgrawn Taste Blas a hysbysebu digidol ar draws y cyfryngau cymdeithasol. \u00a0Esboniodd fod yr ymgyrch yn targedu siopwyr yng Nghymru a De Ddwyrain Lloegr ac yn canolbwyntio ar ardaloedd lle mae Cig Oen Cymru ar gael yn y cyffiniau i siopwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd: \u201cRoedd yn wych gallu siarad am y gwaith rydym yn ei wneud yn HCC a\u2019r gweithgaredd ymgyrchu sy\u2019n cefnogi ein cynnyrch premiwm. Gallu dangos y strategaeth sy\u2019n digwydd y tu \u00f4l i\u2019r llenni i sicrhau ein bod yn targedu\u2019r gynulleidfa gywir ac yna defnyddio\u2019r tactegau cywir i sicrhau bod strategaeth farchnata tymor hir a byr yn fuddiol i\u2019n talwyr ardoll.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu James Ruggeri yn trafod sut orau y gall ffermwyr ledled Cymru fodloni gofynion y farchnad er mwyn sicrhau\u2019r enillion gorau a gwella ansawdd cig i\u2019r defnyddiwr.
