Mae Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) yn edrych ymlaen at ddeuddydd llawn a phrysur yn Llanelwedd yr wythnos nesaf yn Ffair Aeaf CAFC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bydd y stondin yn y lle arferol, sef yn Neuadd Arddangos De Morgannwg, a bydd yn llwyfan ar gyfer arddangosfeydd coginio a bwtsiera, lansiadau a chyhoeddiadau.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yn ogystal, bydd cyfle i drafod y prif faterion sy\u2019n effeithio ar y sector cig coch, a bydd y wybodaeth a\u2019r mewnwelediad diweddaraf ar y farchnad yn cael eu rhannu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I agor y Ffair Aeaf mewn steil fe gynhelir Brecwast HCC ym Mhafiliwn Hafod a Hendre, a fydd yn cynnwys areithiau gan Gian Marco Currado, Cyfarwyddwr Materion Gwledig Llywodraeth Cymru, a Chadeirydd HCC Catherine Smith.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yn dilyn y brecwast, caiff rhanddeiliaid ac ymwelwyr \u00e2\u2019r Ffair eu hannog i ymweld \u00e2 stondin HCC am syniadau a rysetiau gaeafol gwych, wedi\u2019u paratoi a\u2019u harddangos gan Swyddog Gweithredol Defnyddwyr HCC, sef Elwen Roberts. Yn ystod y dydd, bydd yr awdur, darlledwr a\u2019r ysgrifennydd bwyd Lowri Haf Cooke yn ymuno \u00e2 hi i siarad am ei llyfr newydd, \u2018Amser Nadolig\u2019 sy\u2019n cynnwys cymysgedd Nadoligaidd o rysetiau ac atgofion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bydd adnoddau addysgol diweddaraf HCC, yn cynnwys animeiddiadau sy\u2019n egluro\u2019r daith o\u2019r fferm i\u2019r fforc, yn cael eu harddangos a\u2019u trafod gan y cyflwynydd teledu Mari Lovgreen, sy\u2019n gyfrifol am drosleisio\u2019r fideos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Yn ychwanegol at adnoddau HCC, bydd adnoddau addysgol sydd wedi\u2019u cynhyrchu gan brosiect Sgiliau Bwyd a Diod Cymru yn cael eu lansio. Mae \u2018Gwledd o Gyfleoedd\u2019 yn adnodd i rymuso pobl ifanc i archwilio\u2019r cyfleoedd di-rif yn y diwydiant bwyd a diod. Bydd y digwyddiad yn cynnwys yr awdur a\u2019r athro Technoleg Bwyd, Lloyd Henry, sydd wedi datblygu\u2019r canllaw gyrfaoedd cynhwysfawr sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar y sector bwyd a diod, gan dynnu sylw at yrfaoedd amrywiol, yn cynnwys rhai o fewn HCC.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bydd rysetiau a chynnyrch newydd sbon yn cael eu samplo, gan gynnwys Cig Eidion Cymru PGI wedi\u2019i halltu gan gwmni Trailheads.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ddydd Mawrth, cyhoeddir enillydd cystadleuaeth selsig flynyddol HCC. Bydd dau gategori i\u2019w datgelu – traddodiadol a Nadoligaidd – a digon o samplau i\u2019w blasu ar gael; mae hyn yn si\u0175r o ddenu sylw\u2019r dorf!<\/span><\/p>\n

Mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 Hyfforddiant Cambrian, mae arddangosfeydd bwtsiera wedi\u2019u cynnwys hefyd i gynnig syniadau Nadoligaidd ar gyfer bwydlenni dros yr \u0175yl. Byddant hefyd yn gyfle i arddangos sgiliau arbennig y cigydd mewn sesiwn dan arweiniad aelod o gr\u0175p Cig-weithio HCC sef Craig Holly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bydd llyfryn blynyddol HCC, \u2018Llyfr Bach o Ffeithiau Cig\u2019 ar gael i\u2019w gasglu o\u2019r stondin, a bydd ffermwyr yn cael eu recriwtio ar gyfer prosiectau sydd wedi\u2019u hariannu\u2019n rhannol gan HCC sy\u2019n edrych ar ddatblygu strategaethau bridio sy\u2019n lleihau nwyon t\u0177 gwyrdd, ac un arall ar reoli glaswelltiroedd. Bydd y ddau yn helpu\u2019r diwydiant i ddarparu tystiolaeth ar gynaliadwyedd sector cig coch Cymru.<\/span><\/p>\n
