Mae Llywodraeth Cymru am benodi dau Gyfarwyddwr anweithredol newydd i fwrdd Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bydd yr ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus yn ymuno \u00e2 9 cyfarwyddwr anweithredol presennol Bwrdd HCC sy\u2019n cael ei gadeirio gan Catherine Smith. Mae’r bwrdd yn cynnwys unigolion ag ystod o setiau sgiliau, gan gynnwys ymchwil, amaethyddiaeth a marchnata. Er mwyn sicrhau trawstoriad o sgiliau ar Fwrdd HCC, bydd Llywodraeth Cymru yn blaenoriaethu penodiadau ar gyfer ymgeiswyr sydd \u00e2 phrofiad lefel uchel ym meysydd: y gyfraith, llywodraethu, cyllid ac adnoddau dynol, a chadwyni cyflenwi cig coch.<\/span><\/p>\n

R\u00f4l Bwrdd HCC yw goruchwylio\u2019r weithrediaeth a darparu arweinyddiaeth effeithiol, diffinio a datblygu cyfeiriad strategol a gosod amcanion heriol, hyrwyddo safonau uchel o gyllid cyhoeddus, a chynnal egwyddorion rheoleidd-dra, priodoldeb a gwerth am arian, wrth ystyried y Amcanion Rheoli Tir Cynaliadwy o dan Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth (Cymru) 2023. Mae’r Bwrdd yn gyfrifol am fonitro perfformiad HCC, gan sicrhau ei fod yn bodloni’r nodau, amcanion a thargedau perfformiad a nodir yn y cynlluniau corfforaethol a busnes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd Cadeirydd HCC, Catherine Smith: \u201cMae hwn yn gyfnod cyffrous i fod yn ymuno \u00e2 Bwrdd HCC. Fel aelod o\u2019r Bwrdd, cewch gyfle i ddylanwadu ar gyfeiriad strategol Hybu Cig Cymru, gan sicrhau ein bod yn parhau i gefnogi\u2019r diwydiant yn effeithiol ac yn gynaliadwy. Rydym yn chwilio am unigolion sy\u2019n angerddol am y sector amaethyddol a\u2019r gadwyn gyflenwi cig coch yng Nghymru, sy\u2019n meddu ar sgiliau arwain cryf, ac sy\u2019n barod i roi o\u2019u hamser a\u2019u harbenigedd i\u2019n Gweledigaeth.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd y Dirprwy Brif Weinidog ac Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Newid Hinsawdd a Materion Gwledig, Huw Irranca-Davies AS: \u201cMae gwaith HCC yn hynod bwysig i dalwyr yr ardoll a Llywodraeth Cymru, gyda\u2019n gweledigaeth ar y cyd ar gyfer diwydiant proffidiol, cynaliadwy, arloesol a chystadleuol sy\u2019n hefyd yn cael effeithiau cadarnhaol ar yr economi wledig ehangach.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
