{"id":4290,"date":"2024-12-15T14:21:11","date_gmt":"2024-12-15T14:21:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/meatpromotion.wales\/?p=4290"},"modified":"2024-12-18T14:23:25","modified_gmt":"2024-12-18T14:23:25","slug":"disgyblion-ysgol-carno-yn-dathlu-bwyd-a-ffermio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meatpromotion.wales\/cy\/newsroom\/disgyblion-ysgol-carno-yn-dathlu-bwyd-a-ffermio\/","title":{"rendered":"Disgyblion Ysgol Carno yn dathlu bwyd a ffermio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ar \u00f4l ennill cystadleuaeth genedlaethol, cafodd disgyblion Ysgol Carno gyfle i gymryd rhan mewn gweithdai bwyd a ffermio a gynhaliwyd gan Hybu Cig Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd y corff sy\u2019n hyrwyddo cig coch wedi cynnal cystadleuaeth i athrawon sy\u2019n tanysgrifio i\u2019w gylchlythyr <em>Gwersyll o\u2019r Gegin \/ The Kitchen Classroom<\/em> i ennill gweithdy bwyd a ffermio yn yr ysgol.<\/p>\n<p>Yn y gweithdy, fe wnaeth Elwen Roberts, Swyddog Gweithredol Defnyddwyr yn HCC, gyflwyniad ar sut mae Cig Oen Cymru PGI, Cig Eidion Cymru PGI a Phorc o Gymru yn cael eu cynhyrchu yn ogystal \u00e2 rhoi sylw i faeth a deiet iach. Roedd y disgyblion hefyd wedi cymryd rhan mewn sesiynau coginio ymarferol gan ddysgu sut i greu eu peli cig eidion blasus eu hunain yn ogystal \u00e2 thorri a pharatoi llysiau tymhorol yn ddiogel i wneud saws pasta maethlon.<\/p>\n<p>Meddai Elwen Roberts, Swyddog Gweithredol Defnyddwyr yn HCC: \u201cLlongyfarchiadau i Ysgol Carno am ennill ein cystadleuaeth. Roedd yn bleser i ymweld \u00e2\u2019r ysgol ac i weld y plant wrthi\u2019n brysur yn y gegin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae gweithio gydag ysgolion, athrawon a disgyblion yn rhan allweddol o gylch gwaith Hybu Cig Cymru i sicrhau bod y genhedlaeth nesaf yn gwybod sut mae cig coch Cymru\u2019n cael ei gynhyrchu, sut mae ei goginio a sut mae\u2019n chwarae rhan bwysig mewn deiet a ffyrdd iach o fyw.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Bethan Williams, Pennaeth Cynorthwyol Ysgol Carno: \u201cDiolch o galon i Elwen a\u2019r t\u00eem am ddod draw i Ysgol Carno, mwynhaodd y plant i gyd y sesiwn yn enwedig y blasu! Mae nhw llawn gwybodaeth rwan am gig cymru a wedi bod yn ysgrifennu ryseitiau a thaflenni rhannu gwybodaeth am gig coch Cymru.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mae gan HCC wefan benodol ar gyfer athrawon sy\u2019n chwilio am adnoddau\u2019n ymwneud \u00e2 bwyd a ffermio: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hwbcigcoch.cymru\">www.hwbcigcoch.cymru<\/a> \/ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redmeathub.wales\">www.redmeathub.wales<\/a>.
