Arbenigwyr yn eu maes\u2019<\/em> wedi adeiladu ar lwyddiant blynyddoedd blaenorol drwy barhau i ganolbwyntio ar straeon go iawn o\u2019r gymuned ffermio yng Nghymru, gyda chanlyniadau\u2019n cynnwys cynnydd sylweddol o flwyddyn i flwyddyn mewn gwerthiant cig oen mewn un adwerthwr mawr yn y DU, ynghyd \u00e2 chynnydd mewn ymwybyddiaeth a thueddiad i brynu.<\/p>\n<p>A hwythau\u2019n dod o wahanol rannau o\u2019r wlad, mae straeon y ffermwyr am dreftadaeth, traddodiad ac ymroddiad i gynhyrchu bwyd o safon wedi taro deuddeg \u00e2\u2019r cyhoedd, gydag arolwg yn dangos bod dros hanner y rhai a welodd hysbyseb deledu\u2019r ymgyrch yn rhoi mwy o barch i ffermwyr nag o\u2019r blaen. Mae ymwybyddiaeth o frand Cig Oen Cymru yn Lloegr hefyd wedi cynyddu\u2019n sylweddol o ganran 2022 o 39% i 72% ar ddiwedd 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Gyda ffocws ar ddangos sut mae\u2019r diwydiant yn cymryd cynaliadwyedd o ddifrif trwy weithio mewn cytgord \u00e2\u2019r amgylchedd naturiol, mae gosod ffermwyr wrth galon yr ymgyrch hefyd wedi helpu i herio camsyniadau ac wedi dangos realiti ffermio da byw yn ucheldiroedd Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Fel y dywedodd Lisa Markham, sy\u2019n ffermio yn Llanfihangel-y-Pennant yng nghanol Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri, ac sy\u2019n ymddangos yn yr hysbyseb deledu, <em>\u201cMae\u2019n galonogol iawn gweld bod galluogi ffermwyr i adrodd eu stori eu hunain yn parhau i gysylltu mor dda \u00e2\u2019r cyhoedd. Mae cymaint o gamsyniad yngl\u0177n \u00e2 sut mae bwyd yn cael ei gynhyrchu, a beth mae ffermio defaid yn ei olygu, ac mae\u2019n braf iawn gallu cynnig ein hochr ni o\u2019r stori.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae\u2019r diwydiant yn gyffredinol wedi bod ar dipyn o daith i wneud yn si\u0175r ein bod yn gwneud cymaint ag y gallwn o ran ffermio\u2019n gyfrifol ac yn gynaliadwy. Mi wnaethon ni\u2019r penderfyniad ychydig flynyddoedd yn \u00f4l i ffermio\u2019r ffordd naturiol, fel mae ein cyndeidiau wedi gwneud ers canrifoedd, ac mae ein h\u0175yn yn byw ar y glaswellt naturiol \u2013 maen nhw\u2019n pesgi\u2019n naturiol.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae\u2019n wych gweld yr ymgyrch yn cael cymaint o effaith, ac rwy\u2019n teimlo\u2019n arbennig o falch bod yr hysbyseb deledu a gafodd ei ffilmio ar ein fferm ni wedi helpu pobl i weld y gymuned ffermio mewn ffordd fwy cadarnhaol.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bu\u2019r ymgyrch yn rhedeg yn ystod yr haf a\u2019r hydref, yn gymysgedd o deledu, radio a digidol, gydag elfennau tactegol ehangach o hysbysebu y tu allan i\u2019r cartref o amgylch lleoliadau manwerthu allweddol. Cyrhaeddodd yr ymgyrch \u00e2 tharged manwl gywir gyfanswm o dros 3 miliwn o bobl ledled Cymru a Lloegr gan lwyddo i ddenu 157,000 o bobl i ymweld \u00e2 gwefan Cig Oen Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Un enghraifft o lwyddiant yr ymgyrch oedd y ffaith bod gwerthiant cig oen mewn adwerthwr blaenllaw wedi codi yn ystod rhan allweddol o\u2019r ymgyrch ym mis Medi a mis Hydref, o un flwyddyn i\u2019r llall, o dros 20% yng Nghymru a Lloegr.<\/p>\n<p>Defnyddiodd yr ymgyrch dechnoleg a sianeli newydd dargedu&#8217;n fanwl ac ysgogi pryniannau at adwerthwyr allweddol. Drwy ganolbwyntio ar restr ddwys iawn o siopau ar hyd a lled Cymru a Lloegr, llwyddodd yr ymgyrch i dynnu ar y data a oedd ar gael i dargedu prynwyr cig oen yn well gydag anogaeth gref i ddewis cynnyrch Cymreig yn hytrach na chynnyrch cystadleuwyr. Gwnaeth y dull hynod fanwl hwn helpu i gadw&#8217;r ymgyrch yn berthnasol iawn a sicrhau&#8217;r elw mwyaf posibl ar y buddsoddiad.<\/p>\n<p>I Philippa Gill, Arweinydd Ymgysylltu Brand HCC, mae llwyddiant yr ymgyrch yn cyfiawnhau eu penderfyniad i ddefnyddio dull llai traddodiadol o ran marchnata yn y diwydiant. Dywedodd, <em>\u201cFe wnaethon ni\u2019r penderfyniad rai blynyddoedd yn \u00f4l i newid ffocws ein hymgyrchoedd, trwy dynnu sylw fwyfwy at waith caled ac ymroddiad ein ffermwyr.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRoedd yn teimlo ychydig yn fentrus ar y pryd, gan fod rhan fwyaf o ymgyrchoedd y diwydiant yn tueddu i ganolbwyntio\u2019n bennaf ar y cynnyrch, ar draul y rhai sydd wedi ei greu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOnd yn y pen draw, roedden ni\u2019n hyderus y byddai\u2019r agwedd hon yn gweithio\u2019n dda gyda\u2019r cyhoedd.
