Fe ymddangosodd mewn digwyddad preifat a drefnwyd gan un o brif archfarchnadoedd canolbarth a de y wlad.<\/p>\n<p>Mae gan y manwerthwr tua 500 o siopau ac fe gynhaliwyd yr arddangosfa o gynnyrch amrywiol ar gyfer eu rheolwyr, yn cynnwys y rhai sy\u2019n gyfrifol am gownteri ac adrannau cig, gyda chyfle i bob un ohonynt gael blasu.<\/p>\n<p>Mynychodd Elwen Roberts, Swyddog Gweithredol y Defnyddwyr yn Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) ar ran y cwmni. Meddai: \u201cMae\u2019r archfarchnad wedi bod yn gwerthu Cig Oen Cymru ers sawl blwyddyn \u2013 ysgwydd cig oen yn bennaf \u2013 felly fe benderfynon ni roi\u2019r cyfle iddynt flasu rhywbeth gwahanol. Fe wnes i baratoi brest Cig Oen Cymru gyda stwffin Eidalaidd yn cynnwys olifau a thomatos heulsych, cawsant eu coginio\u2019n araf nes eu bod yn frau a\u2019u sleisio i\u2019w gweini.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDaeth cannoedd o reolwyr y siopau i flasu, ac roedd yn gyfle gwych i gael siarad efo nhw\u2019n uniongyrchol am rinweddau\u2019r cig a\u2019r dulliau cynhyrchu; roedd yn bositif iawn.
