I bwysleisio\u2019r neges yma eto, mynychodd HCC \u0174yl Mamolaeth a Bydwragedd yng Nghaerdydd ym mis Medi.\u202f\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Yn ystod y digwyddiad, bu\u2019r t\u00eem yn siarad gyda bydwragedd am y maetholynnau a fitaminau pwysig sydd mewn cig coch a rhoi rysetiau iddynt i\u2019w rhannu gyda\u2019u cleifion. Cynhaliodd Swyddog Gweithredol Defnyddwyr HCC, Elwen Roberts arddangosiadau coginio i ddenu\u2019r dorf, gan gynnig samplau o brydau cytbwys a fyddai\u2019n cynnig yr holl fineralau pwysig i ferched beichiog i roi hwb i faeth y corff.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Yn ogystal, cydweithiodd HCC gyda\u2019r dietegydd arweiniol, Sioned Quirke a fu\u2019n cyflwyno ar y testun \u2018Bwyta\u2019n iach ar gyfer iechyd cynenedigol ac \u00f4l-enedigol\u2019. Gyda dros 20 mlynedd o brofiad o weithio yn y GIG ac yn breifat, a gradd feistr mewn Ymarfer Dieteg Uwch, roedd ei chyngor yn cynnwys dewis toriadau cig heb ormod o fraster a thorri unrhyw fraster amlwg, sicrhau bod cig yn cael ei goginio\u2019n dda (heb fod yn binc y tu mewn) ac osgoi cynnyrch sy\u2019n cynnwys afu yn ystod beichiogrwydd. Pwysleisiodd Sioned hefyd werth maethol cig coch ar gyfer merched beichiog fel ffynhonnell ardderchog o brotin a haearn.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Meddai Sioned: <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cGall cig coch heb ormod o fraster fel cig eidion, cig oen a phorc fod yn ffynhonnell dda o brotin, haearn, sinc a Fitamin B12. Os yn feichiog, gall bwyta cig coch wedi ei goginio ym maint y dogn a argymhellir (70g y dydd neu 500g dros wythnos) fod \u00e2 nifer o fanteision iechyd megis cryfhau\u2019r system imiwnedd, cyflenwi ynni hirdymor, adeiladu a thrwsio meinweoedd y corff a diogelu\u2019r corff rhag heintiau.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Meddai Elwen Roberts: \u201cMae bwyta\u2019n iach yn ystod beichiogrwydd yn bwysig ar gyfer y fam a\u2019r babi. Mae\u2019n ddoeth i fwyta amrywiaeth o fwydydd gwahanol bob dydd i gael y cydbwysedd cywir o faetholynnau, ac mae hynny\u2019n cynnwys cig coch.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cCawson ymateb cadarnhaol iawn gan y bydwragedd a fu\u2019n siarad gyda ni.
