Mae cynaliadwyedd a gweithio tuag at sero net yn ystyriaethau allweddol mewn ymchwil ar y sector cig coch, ac arweiniodd at drafodaeth ymysg y gr\u0175p ar arwyddoc\u00e2d cynaliadwyedd iddyn nhw yn eu swyddi.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Arweiniwyd y drafodaeth gan Dr Heather McCalman, HCC. Meddai: \u201cRoedd hi\u2019n braf medru dod \u00e2\u2019r aelodau ynghyd i drin a thrafod cynaliadwyedd yn eu swyddi amrywiol o fewn y gadwyn gyflenwi. Roedd yn gyfle i\u2019r gr\u0175p ddod i ddeall cefndir ei gilydd ac mi fuon nhw\u2019n rhannu rhai o\u2019u prif heriau. Fel rhan o\u2019r drafodaeth, roedd cyfle hefyd iddynt fwydo\u2019u syniadau ar gynaliadwyedd i\u2019r Prosiect Glaswelltir LUNZ.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cRoedd gan y gr\u0175p ddiddordeb ym mhortffolio eang HCC o brosiectau sy\u2019n mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 thestunau amrywiol, o wella geneteg a glaswelltir i gynyddu cynhyrchiant er budd yr amgylchedd, i ansawdd bwyta cig oen a lleihau\u2019r maetholynnau sy\u2019n cael eu colli o\u2019r fferm i\u2019r fforc. Mi wnes i fwynhau cyflwyno\u2019r wybodaeth yma i\u2019r gr\u0175p sy\u2019n frwdfrydig dros ddyfodol a datblygiad y diwydiant.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cyflwynwyd yr aelodau i Aled Evans, Rest Farm sy\u2019n gweithio mewn partneriaeth gyda\u2019i frawd, Iwan, ar 500 acer o dir yn Sir Gaerfyrddin. Derbyniodd y brodyr gydnabyddiaeth am eu dull arloesol o ffermio gyda theitl \u2018Ffermwr Cig Eidion y Flwyddyn\u2019 yng ngwobrau\u2019r Farmers Weekly nol yn 2021 ac mae Aled wedi bod yn rhan o ymgyrch farchnata Cig Eidion Cymru HCC. Maen nhw hefyd yn rhan o\u2019r Prosiect Glaswelltir LUNZ.\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Roedd busnes ffermio cig eidion Aled wedi creu argraff ar y grwp, ynghyd \u00e2 sut mae o wedi datblygu pori trwm ac yn canolbwyntio ar gynhyrchu ar laswelltir sy\u2019n llawn meillion i leihau costau wrth ofalu am yr amgylchedd drwy archwiliad ffermio adfywiol.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Meddai Emma Williams sy\u2019n aelod o\u2019r gr\u0175p Cig-weithio: \u201cMi wnes i fwynhau pob rhan o sesiwn cyntaf Cig-weithio a chael cyfarfod y gr\u0175p i gyd yn iawn. Roedd y bore yn llawn gwybodaeth ddiddorol, yn enwedig gan May Wheeler am y \u201cGlobal Farm Metric.\u201d Roedd y daith fferm efo Aled yn gr\u00eat, nes i fwynhau\u2019r drafodaeth a chael cyfle i ofyn cwestiynau.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cRoedd hi\u2019n braf cael dysgu mwy am yr ochr magu lloi a sut i gael mwy o gydbwysedd, sef rhywbeth mae Aled yn ei wneud yn dda iawn.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mae Cig-weithio yn rhaglen 12-mis sydd wedi\u2019i gynllunio i ddatblygu, cefnogi a chysylltu unigolion sy\u2019n rhan o gadwyn gyflenwi cig coch Cymru.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mae Prosiect Glaswelltir LUNZ yn brosiect Ymchwil a Datblygu y mae HCC yn rhan ohono ar y cyd \u00e2 phartneriaid eraill, sy\u2019n ymchwilio i ddulliau cynaliadwy i siapio dyfodol defnydd tir yn y DU.
