Mae Llywodraeth Cymru am benodi pedwar Cyfarwyddwr Anweithredol newydd i ymuno \u00e2 bwrdd Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC).<\/p>\n

Wedi\u2019i gadeirio gan Catherine Smith, mae’r bwrdd yn cynnwys unigolion ag ystod o brofiadau o bob rhan o\u2019r gadwyn gyflenwi cig coch. Mae gan yr aelodau sgiliau cryf ar draws y sector a phrofiad mewn llywodraethiant, amaethyddiaeth, cynaliadwyedd a marchnata.<\/p>\n

R\u00f4l Bwrdd HCC yw goruchwylio\u2019r swyddogion gweithredol a darparu arweinyddiaeth effeithiol. Mae\u2019n diffinio a datblygu cyfeiriad strategol a gosod amcanion heriol, tra\u2019n hyrwyddo safonau uchel o gyllid cyhoeddus, cynnal egwyddorion rheoleidd-dra, priodoldeb a gwerth am arian. Mae’r Bwrdd yn gyfrifol am fonitro perfformiad HCC, gan sicrhau ei fod yn bodloni’r nodau, amcanion a thargedau perfformiad a nodir yn y cynlluniau corfforaethol a busnes.<\/p>\n

Meddai Catherine Smith: \u201cBydd HCC yn lansio Gweledigaeth 2030 yn fuan – cynllun strategol newydd ar gyfer y pedair blynedd nesaf – felly dyma amser gwych i ymuno \u00e2\u2019r Bwrdd ar ddechrau pennod newydd, gyffrous. Os ydych chi\u2019n awyddus i wneud gwahaniaeth, yn angerddol am sector cig coch Cymru ac eisiau helpu i siapio\u2019i ddyfodol, dyma gyfle perffaith i chi.\u201d<\/p>\n
