Roedd 2025 yn flwyddyn gynhyrchiol o weithgaredd cyffrous i\u2019r brand Porc Blasus, wedi\u2019i gydlynu gan Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) ar ran cynhyrchwyr porc o Gymru. Roedd y gweithgareddau marchnata yn canolbwyntio ar greu cynnwys ffres, o ansawdd uchel i arddangos y cynnyrch a chefnogi\u2019r rhwydwaith o gynhyrchwyr ymroddgar.<\/p>\n

Yn ystod misoedd yr haf, datblygwyd 12 o rysetiau porc newydd sbon, oedd yn tynnu sylw at amlbwrpasedd y toriadau amrywiol. Cynlluniwyd y rysetiau yma i ysbrydoli defnyddwyr ac arddangos ansawdd eithriadol porc o Gymru, o ffefrynnau traddodiadol i flasau arloesol.<\/p>\n

Yn ogystal, cefnogodd HCC Gystadleuaeth Prif Gynhyrchwr Porc CFfI Cymru drwy gynnal diwrnod rhyngweithiol gyda Chigyddion Dewi James yn Aberteifi. Cafodd ffermwyr ifanc y cyfle i gymryd rhan mewn arddangosfa bwtsiera ymarferol, dysgu sut i dorri carcas cyfan yn doriadau unigol a deall y ffordd orau o ddefnyddio pob un. Bydd y wybodaeth ymarferol yma yn eu helpu i wneud penderfyniadau ar sut i farchnata a defnyddio\u2019u moch yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n

Daeth y diwrnod i ben gydag arddangosfa goginio byw gan Elwen Roberts, Swyddog Gweithredol y Defnyddwyr yn HCC, a ddangosodd amlbwrpasedd porc ac ysbrydoli\u2019r criw gyda syniadau creadigol i fynd yn \u00f4l i\u2019w busnesau.<\/p>\n

Cydweithiodd HCC hefyd ar astudiaeth achos newydd gyda Moch Coch, busnes sy\u2019n arbenigo mewn cigoedd a salami cartref sydd wedi ennill gwobrau. Mae Moch Coch yn defnyddio dulliau traddodiadol i sychu eu cynnyrch mewn aer yn araf dros sawl mis. Cafodd eu hymrwymiad i ansawdd ei gydnabod yng ngwobrau Great Taste 2024, ble derbyniodd eu chorizo wobr 3-seren, yr acol\u00e2d uchaf a wobrywir gan y Guild of Fine Food. <\/em>Bydd yr astudiaeth achos yma\u2019n cael ei ddefnyddio ar sianelau cyfryngau cymdeithasol Porc Blasus a sianelau marchnata eraill, yn ogystal ag ar y wefan, a gallwch glicio yma i’w ddarllen<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meddai Pip Gill, Arweinydd Ymgysylltu Brand HCC: \u201cMae Cymru\u2019n cael ei chysylltu gyda Chig Oen Cymru a Chig Eidion Cymru, ond ni ddylen ni anghofio\u2019r porc sy\u2019n cael ei gynhyrchu\u2019n lleol \u2013 neu Porc Blasus, fel yr hoffwn ni ei alw. Er bod y sector porc yng Nghymru ar raddfa fach, mae\u2019n arbenigol.<\/p>\n

\u201cFe wnaethon ni fwynhau gweithio gyda Moch Coch, yn ogystal \u00e2 chydweithio gyda\u2019r cynhyrchwyr ifanc yng nghystadleuaeth moch y CFfI. Roedd yr adborth a dderbyniwyd ganddynt yn gadarnhaol, gyda nifer yn frwdfrydig i roi eu gwybodaeth newydd ar waith yn eu mentrau eu hunain.<\/p>\n
