Mae ein systemau da byw yn gwella bioamrywiaeth ac mae\u2019r ffordd rydym yn ffermio yn cael effaith llesol ar iechyd y pridd ac ansawdd y d\u0175r a\u2019r awyr, ond nawr rhaid i ni\u00a0 gyflwyno tystiolaeth o hyn drwy gyfrwng data.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ychwanegodd Mrs. Madeley-Davies ei fod yn golygu profi&#8217;r honiadau hynny a dangos pam mae&#8217;r ffordd y mae ffermwyr yn cynhyrchu bwyd yma yng Nghymru yn gosod y diwydiant ar wah\u00e2n i systemau cynhyrchu eraill ar draws y byd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae yna gysylltiad cynhenid rhwng yr argyfyngau hinsawdd a natur, ac ar lefel ddynol mae\u2019n bwysig ein bod yn ystyried hyn o ddifri ac yn cymryd camau priodol. \u00a0Dyma lle mae carbon yn y gadwyn gyflenwi yn chwarae rhan a rhaid inni ystyried allyriadau Cwmpas 3, sy\u2019n cynnwys allyriadau i fyny ac i lawr y gadwyn yn ogystal ag allyriadau uniongyrchol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFel ffermwyr, sy\u2019n rhan o\u2019r gadwyn gyflenwi honno, rydym mewn sefyllfa unigryw i ymgymryd \u00e2\u2019r rhan sydd gennym i\u2019w chwarae. Dylai unrhyw gwmni ystyried mesur, lleihau, a gwrthbwyso yn fewnol ac allanol wrth benderfynu sut i greu llai o allyriadau carbon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOni bai eich bod chi&#8217;n gwybod eich union sefyllfa, dydych chi ddim ond yn dyfalu. Efallai nad yw\u2019r ffordd o wneud hynny\u2019n berffaith ar hyn o bryd, ond mae\u2019n rhoi syniad da i chi fel y gallwn ddechrau ystyried lleihau\u2019r allyriadau. Mae yna gydberthynas rhwng perfformiad ariannol ac effeithlonrwydd\u00a0 ac effeithlonrwydd carbon. Mae allyriadau carbon fel arfer yn golygu gwastraff ac yn dynodi anghydbwysedd rhwng mewnbynnau ac allbynnau. Mae hynny\u2019n golygu bod yna gyfleoedd i arbed arian a gwneud ein busnesau ffermio yn fwy proffidiol, yn ogystal \u00e2 lleihau ein heffaith carbon, ond mae angen i chi wybod eich llinell sylfaen yn gyntaf.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Mrs Madeley-Davies wrth y cynadleddwyr fod llawer o gwmn\u00efau mawr, yn awtomatig, yn cymryd y cam gwrthbwyso yn gyntaf cyn ceisio lleihau allyriadau. \u00a0\u201cWrth edrych ar eu hallyriadau carbon gwelwn nad ydyn nhw\u2019n gwneud unrhyw beth i leihau eu hallyriadau \u2013 a dyna lle rydyn ni\u2019n dechrau teimlo\u2019r bygythiad. Dewis olaf yw gwrthbwyso, ac mae yna gyfleoedd da os byddwn yn cydweithio fel cadwyn gyflenwi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHeblaw am y m\u00f4r, amaethyddiaeth yw\u2019r unig ddiwydiant sy\u2019n gallu atafaelu carbon.
