The theme of the 2019 HCC Conference was 'The Welsh Way' of producing red meat. It was a key opportunity to share the latest information from the red meat sector as well as HCC's industry development activity and marketing campaigns.
It was also an opportunity to engage in lively discussion on matters concerning our stakeholders and included a chance to ask questions of the HCC Board.
The key themes included Brexit and trade, the environment, red meat and health and the Red Meat Development Programme.
