HCC will attend as part of the Welsh Government Food &amp; Drink delegation, strengthening Wales\u2019s presence in one of its most important global markets.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Japan\u00a0remains\u00a0one of HCC\u2019s three premium international markets and continues to be a priority for strategic development. Over the past year, Wales\u2019s branded presence has grown significantly,\u00a0with Welsh Lamb sales increasing year-on-year.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Welsh Chef and Wales Culinary Association Vice President Colin Gray will be preparing Welsh Lamb samples as part of a wider Welsh cuisine offering, introducing Japanese buyers to the quality,\u00a0flavour\u00a0and provenance of Welsh Lamb.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Foodex\u00a0Japan will also form part of a wider programme of events aimed at strengthening commercial relationships. On Monday 9 March \u2013 HCC will sponsor Welsh Lamb at the British Embassy\u2019s Four Nations event, where the team will also\u00a0participate\u00a0in a Meet the Buyer session with invited trade guests.
