Under Section 19 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Hybu Cig Cymru-Meat Promotion Wales (HCC), as a Welsh Government Arms-Length Body is required to adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out the classes of information we hold, the format in which we intend to publish the information and whether or not a charge will be made for the information.

HCC has formally adopted the ICO’s Model Publication Scheme which sets out the seven classes of information which should be published by public bodies.
The tables below set out the seven classes of information and the available information that HCC publishes in each class, where to find the information and how to obtain it.
There is no charge for information published on our website. If you require paper copies of information, please contact us. The publication scheme will be maintained and updated on a regular basis by HCC.
If you wish to make a request for information that is not available via our publication scheme, you may submit a freedom of information request by writing to the address below. Please note that we may be unable to provide some information if it is protected by the Data Protection Act 2018 or an exemption under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or as an exception under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and documents may be redacted accordingly.
