325 bulls have been funded through the Welsh Beef Quality Improvement Project and 650 farmers benefited from attending the training programme.

 

Future of the Project

The WBQIP will continue in a new format with funding available towards performance recording of commercial and pedigree herds. The funding is available to new and exisitng entrants.

 

What’s Still On Offer

Existing members of the WBQIP can claim up to £500 for performance recording and up to £70 on bull fertility testing.

No claims will be accepted after 31st May 2010.
