Recently, PGI Welsh Lamb featured at the Highest High Tea showcase event in Dubai in collaboration with the British Embassy and the Food is Great campaign.
Taking place at the world-famous Burg Khalifa, PGI Welsh Lamb featured in a high tea menu curated by Michelin star chef Vineet Bhatia MBE.
A host of influential individuals from the thriving food and drink scene in Dubai, including influencers and buyers, attended along with His Majesty’s Consul General to Dubai & Northern Emirates, Oliver Christian.
Welsh Lamb was supplied by Dunbia and was the highlight of the event menu.
